Analytics talent scan

We help you to think in a strategic way about your analytics capability. Our Analytics Talent Scan® consists of four steps:

  1. Demand assessment
We help you to specify your long term analytics needs
  2. Supply assessment
We assess the knowledge and skills of your current staff
  3. Gap analysis
We help you to determine the gap between the two. We assess with you the pros and cons of outsourcing, hiring and further development of current staff.
  4. Curriculum design
For the further development of current staff, we design a tailor made curriculum. Starting point of each curriculum is the large portfolio of courses that we already offer.

Big Data Portal

The Big Data Portal is a web- based environment where starting and advanced Data Scientists can perform analytics and build end-user applications without dealing with IT infrastructure installation and configuration.

It offers a seamless integration of storage-, modeling- and visualization methods, which provide the opportunity to focus on extracting insights from data.

It leverages best-of-breed technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Hadoop, R, Machine Learning models and Spotfire. The Big Data Portal runs in the Microsoft Azure cloud.

The design of the Big Data Portal ensures that it can be quickly adapted to the ever changing landscape of analytics techniques.

The Big Data Portal can easily be expanded by adding the latest and greatest (open source) techniques.
